What is a ClassCard?
ClassCard is a product type that can be used to purchase a Prepaid Package of Group Classes at a discounted rate. A ClassCard is valid for 35 days from the date of payment. Once purchased, students can register for any session of a group class on the calendar, provided they do so before the ClassCard expiration date.
How do I use a ClassCard?
Once you’ve purchased a ClassCard, simply go the Class Calendar, select the class you’d like to add and choose access with your ClassCard. ClassCard sessions do not roll over and are not valid for private sessions.
How do I know when my ClassCard expires?
Once you have made a purchase of any session, you would have created an account. You can check the status of your ClassCard by clicking on the ticket icon on the top right next to your name. You will see the ClassCard product you purchased, how many credits have been used and the expiration date.
How do Private Sessions work?
Private fitness sessions are offered on a monthly basis in blocks of 8 sessions or 12 sessions per month. Private sessions are booked according to the agreed times.

What happens if I’m unable to attend a booked session?
If you are unable to attend a booked session, you can cancel or reschedule with up to 12 hours notice. Sessions must be rescheduled within the billing period, and are subject to availability in the schedule.
Sessions that are canceled without being rescheduled will be considered forfeited by the client and are non-refundable.
What happened to the Spaces app?
We have switched platforms and will no longer be using the Spaces app. Please book all future classes via Marvelous.
I’m an existing customer who pays via bank transfer, how do I access my classes?
Customers who pay via bank transfer can book classes through our booking app as normal, using the coupon code PAIDVIABANK (all caps). Please note that proof of payment (online transaction receipt) must be provided to verify payment. If an online payment is not verified, your booking will be cancelled.
